In my opinion, the best way to achieve results and then maintain them is to enjoy what you are doing, and the same applies to health and fitness. It sounds so obvious but i am forever seeing trainers pushing clients too hard, too soon which inevitably results in them losing interest and therefore not getting the results they were looking for.

 

With my clients I focus on making them feel comfortable during sessions and make it as fun an experience as possible while at the same time giving them an effective workout.

 

The services I provide are split into different categories depending on your goals, all of which are explained below. Have a look through and see which would be right for you.

                   WEIGHT LOSS & MUSCLE TONING
 
This is the main aspect of my services where I go to clients houses and do circuit-style workouts for them. These workouts are tailored to each individual clients needs by focusing on one or numerous areas of the body depending on their goals.
 
A lot of people are surprised that sessions can be done in small spaces but most exercises are done on-the-spot so a living room provides more than enough space.
 
The benefits of these workouts are that they burn fat at the same time as toning muscle and can be made easier or harder depending on the fitness levels and capabilities of each client. This makes the workouts just as effective wether you are a professional sportsperson or have never exercised in your life.
 
Prices : Â£30 per session
            £20 for personalised gym programme

 

 

                   SPORT-SPECIFIC CONDITIONING

 

This area focuses on speed and agility training with the goal of improving clients sporting performance.

 

I personalise sessions for each client to match their specific sport by using training methods that relate directly to what they will be doing during a game/fight/event.

 

This could include speed, agility, co-ordination or explosive movement training and can be tied-in with technique training/practice, all depending on the clients needs.

 

This type of training has become more popular in recent years as it can be vital in giving athletes that extra edge in competition which could be the difference between winning and losing.

 

Price : £30 per session

 

 

 

               NUTRITION

 

Nutrition is vital to achieving any health and fitness goals because you can do as much exercise as you want but if you don't fuel your body correctly you will never reach your full potential.

 

That being said, the mistake that most people make is that they deprive themselves of certain foods instead of eating in moderation. This is much less likely to be sustainable as it usually leads to people giving up and ending up back to square one.

 

I approach nutrition in a different way by teaching my clients good habits so they learn how to eat and drink properly without cutting 'treats' out altogether. This way, my clients are able to stick to their nutrition plans so they can therefore lose weight and then keep it off without giving up in the process.
