Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Does it matter that i have never really exercised before?

 

A. No, I have workouts that are suitable for all ages and fitness levels which are tailored individually to the needs of each client.

 

 

Q. I don't have much space at home, how will we be able to do a session there?

 

A. Don't worry, all we will need is a bit of floor space as pretty much all of the exercises can be done on-the-spot.

 

 

Q. My fitness isnt very good and I am worried that if I start doing sessions with you it will be too hard!?

 

A. It's ok, the first couple of sessions are pretty basic to ease you in gently while I evaluate what you need and are capable of. You will be surprised how much you actually enjoy it and feel better about yourself once your done.

 

 

Q. How do I book/pay?

 

A. To book a session or nutrition plan you need to email me with your details and request then book using the link provided. A non-refundable deposit of £10 must be left incase of cancellation, with the remaining fee to be paid in cash at the end of the session.
